J. Satyanarayana is a pioneer in the design and implementation of e-Government programs and projects in India. Associated with the design and implementation of over 20 major e-Government projects at the State and National levels.

He also founded eSeva, (1999) a one-stop-shop for citizen services, in the State of Andhra Pradesh, India. Among the other notable achievements are the conceptualization and design of:

  • Passport Seva Project for the Ministry of External Affairs, Govt. of India (passportindia.gov.in)
  • MCA21 for Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt. of India (mca.gov.in/MCA21)
  • eTAAL, a portal that aggregates, analyzes and provides a real time dashboard view of the e-Government transactions, arising from 3,500 e-Services across India. (etaal.gov.in).
  • IndEA” India Enterprise Architecture Framework (2017)
  • National Digital Service Standard (2018)
