What is the difference between GFCE members and partners?

GFCE members are countries, intergovernmental organizations (IGOs) and private companies. GFCE members have the resources and commitment to contribute to cyber capacity building initiatives.

Partners are experts from nongovernmental organizations (NGOs), academia and the tech community who are invited by GFCE members to participate in one or more of the GFCE initiatives and/or activities.
